This one meant a lot to me because it was my first real listing. Barbara Kerr gave me the opportunity without ever meeting me first, and the family could not have been kinder. I left the property feeling the full weight of that trust. I do not think I have ever wanted to avoid letting someone down more than I did on this shoot.

The part that really clicked for me was working with CubiCasa's 3D walkthrough functionality for the first time. Seeing the system automatically connect photos with their accurate location in the home was amazing. It makes the listing feel less like a loose stack of images and more like a map buyers can actually move through.

The sellers mentioned something I have heard a lot from people searching for homes: most listings do not even include a floor plan, much less a map showing where the photos were taken. That makes it hard to get a true feeling for the layout before you visit in person. I included the walkthrough on this home because I wanted them to know I heard that concern, and I wanted the next buyer to have an easier time understanding the property.

Walking away from this shoot was stressful in the best possible way. I cared about getting it right. I hope the final media proved that their trust was well placed, and I hope every buyer who opens the listing gets a clearer, calmer view of what this Lake Granbury home feels like.
