Hi, I’m Warren.

Growing up, my parents took me to open houses a couple of times every month. They were always looking for new ideas to improve our home or rental properties, and I was fascinated by the incredible houses we visited. From bright, open floor plans to floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful kitchens, they were a world away from the homes I grew up in—which were usually somewhere in the middle of my dad's latest renovation project.

One thing I always looked forward to was seeing the professional photography used to market those homes. Even as a kid, I was amazed at how the right photos could completely change the way a property felt.

Today, it's pretty surreal to be the one behind the camera. I grew up just down the road in Tolar, spent my junior high and high school years here, and now I coach pole vault athletes throughout the Granbury area. It's been really rewarding to combine my love of photography with a community that's always felt like home.

North Texas has some of the most unique homes you'll find anywhere—from historic lake houses to brand-new custom builds—and I'm genuinely excited every time I get the opportunity to photograph one.
